Ingredients
- 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped (or substitute chocolate chips)
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened & cubed
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c hazelnut liqueur
- 1 T pure vanilla extract
- Graham crackers, sugar cookies, shortbread & madeleines for dipping

Step 1
Place all ingredients in med sized fondue pot (or the top of a double boiler over simmering water). Heat over very low setting, stirring frequently until the chocolate has melted. Serve fondue over low heat with dippers listed above.
