Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken (beef, pork)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 can of water chestnuts
- 3-4 carrot stalks, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Snap peas

Preparation
Step 1
Chop all ingredients. Cook meat in wok until browned and cooked through. Add vegetables and saute for several minutes – veggies should be cooked but still crisp. Add stir fry sauce at the end. Serve hot with rice.
