Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Knorr chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Rub chicken all over with bouillon cube and oregano.

Marinate: in a large resealable plastic bag, combine juice, vinegar, garlic & oil. Add chicken, turning to coat. Seal bag; refrigerate at least 30 min.

Grill: remove chicken from marinade. On preheated grill over med-high heat, grill chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 8 mins.
