Ingredients
- 2 grapefruit -- sectioned and peeled
- 3 avocado -- sliced
- raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons onion -- grated
- 2 cups Wesson oil
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Peel, separate and remove membrane from grapefruit. Peel and slice
avocadoes lengthwise. Arrange alternating grapefruit and avocado slices
in a spirol on a salad plate. Place 3 or 4 raspberries in the center of
each.
In a medium bowl mix sugar, salt, mustard, vinegar and onion. Gradually
beat in oil until well blended. Stir in poppy seeds.
Drizzle dressing over fruit just before serving.
