Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 slices multi-grain bread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat broiler.
2. Season fish, place on sprayed grill pan and broil 8 mins or until fish flakes easily. Cut in 1" pieces and cool.
3. Combine wasabi and water. Add mayo-oil. Add fish, toss gently.
4. Make sandwiches with fish, lettuce and bread.
