Ingredients
- 1 pkg lime jello (4 serving size)
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Set
aside at room temperature.
Mix and bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13 pan. Cool 30 minutes. Poke
deep holes throught top of caake with meat fork or toothpick. Slowly pour
gelatin into holes. Refrigerate.
Blend and whip topping mix, pudding, and milk until stiff, 3-8 minutes.
Immediately frost cake. Store in refrigerator.
