Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic or sprinkle garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 # 2 can tomatoes
- 1 6oz can tomatoe past
- 1 10oz package lasagna noodles
- 2 12oz cartons large cream style cottage cheese
- 2 eggs -- beaten
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese -- shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat well in hot oil.
Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer uncovered until thick. (about 1 hour)
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender; drain and rinse in
cold water.
Meanwhile combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingridients.
In a 13x9x2 inch baking dish spread layer of noodles, layer of cottage
cheese, layer of meat mixure, layer of mozzarella. Repeat layers.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. Cool about 15 min. before cutting.
