Ingredients
- 16 - 20 Perogies
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 TBsp margarine
- 1 cup of cooked ham, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation
Step 1
1. In small skillet, melt margarine and saute onion and green pepper for approximately 5 minutes
2. In casserole dish, layer frozen perogies, onions and peppers and ham.
3. Combine milk & soup and pour over casserole. Top with Cheese
4. Bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes.
