  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbs of mustard
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • cognac
  • 1 1/2 cup oil (more if needed)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients (except oil)- use mixer baking
2. Still mixing very slowly pour oil

Sauces:
1. Parsley w/ garlic
2. Curry Spices
3. Ketchup and Cognac
