  • 12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast.
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Cut chicken into strips. In a small bowl combine egg whites and the 1 tbsp honey. In a shallow dish combine the cornflake crumbs and pepper. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into cornflake mixture to coat. Place chicken strips in single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile for sauce, in a small bowl stir together honey, mustard and garlic powder. Serve chicken strips with sauce.
