Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 8 oz can tomato sauce (I usually only use 4 oz)
- 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup sliced olives
- 8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups crushed corn chips (I use half the amount)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
In frying pan brown ground beef, adding onion , tomato sauce, seasoning and olives. Spread crescent rolls in a 9" pie plate and press together. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips on bottom of crust. Spoon meat over corn chips, spread sour cream, then cheese. Sprinkle with remaining corn chips. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Serve in wedges topped with salad consisting of lettuce, tomatoes and avocados.
