Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (3.5 ounces) box instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry, not prepared)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Stir in vanilla and egg and mix well.
In a separate bowl, sift together salt, flour, pudding mix and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in butterscotch and chocolate chips.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
