Cheese Filled Jumbo Shells

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz package of jumbo shells, uncooked
- 4 cups (2 lbs) ricotta
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzaella cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- 3 eggs
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Combine cheese, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill each pasta with about 2 T cheese mixture.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 baking pan.
Place pasta in the pan and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350 about 35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
