Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 1 32 oz. can sauerkraut, rinse and drained
- 1 lb Polish sausages, fully cooked, cut into 1/2" chunks
- 2-1/2 cups peeled potatoes, diced and cooked
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 med unpeeled, diced apple
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 craway seeds
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Step 1
In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add sauerkraut, sausage, potatoes, apple juice and apple. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour and caraway. Stir into saucepan. Simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with bacon.
