Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 2 onions, sliced in rings
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Alternate layers of cabbage, onion rings and susgar in bowl, ending with some onion rings. Combine vinegar, oil mustard, celery seed, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage and refrigerate. It is best after 48 hours.
