Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato(seeded chopped)
- 1 tsp jalapeno pepper(chopped seeded)
- 1/2 cup zucchini (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the all the ingredients except the tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer salsa to a serving bowl (draining some of the liquid that accumulates while refrigerated).
Serve with tortilla chips.
