Ingredients
- 1 pkg (7 oz) elbow macaroni
- 6 TBSPs butter or margarine, divided
- 3 TBSPs all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsps spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 TBSPs minced fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook macaroni according to pkg directions.
2. Meanwhile, melt 4 TBSPs butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Reduce heat; add cheeses, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
4. Drain macaroni; add to the cheese sauce and stir to coat. Transfer to a greased shallow 3 quart baking dish.
5. Melt the remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and parsley. Sprinkle over macaroni.
6. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15-20 minute or until golden brown.
