Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 C. cottage cheese (can use low fat)
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 ½ C. regular uncooked oatmeal (can use instant oats)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2-3 Tbsp. water (I used 2)

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Add water as needed to thin
Drop by ¼ cupfuls onto preheated griddle
