Ingredients
- Cake
- 1/4 c butter, softened
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c sour cream (I used Greek yogurt)
- 2 eggs
- 2 T canola or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- Filling-Topping
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, almost melted
- 1 c brown sugar, packed
- 2 t cinnamon
- Glaze
- 2 T cream cheese, softened
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 1 c confectioners’ sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cake
1.Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
2.prepare a 9 inch springform pan with baking spray and flour
3.in a mixer add the butter and sugar and mix together until creamy
4.in a small bowl mix sour cream, eggs, oil, and vanilla
5.slowly add to butter and sugar mixture and beat for 3 minutes
6.In a small bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
7.slowly add flour mixture to the butter mixture and beat until smooth
8.add to springfoarm pan
Filling-Topping
1.Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl
2.add brown sugar and cinnamon to bowl and stir until combined
3.spread the topping over top of the cake mixture similar to frosting a cake
4.use a knife to drag back and forth and up and down to make sure that the topping is moved into the cake and marbled.
5.place pan on a baking sheet and place into the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes
6.remove from oven and allow to cool in pan
7.once cooled remove to serving plate
Cream Cheese Frosting
1.In a bowl combine cream cheese, milk, vanilla and whisk until smooth
2.slowly add the confectioners’ sugar and stir until smooth
3.wither drizzle over the top of the cake or spread across the top
