Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed or 2 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen beans
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 4 large fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped, or 1 can (16 oz) tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook beans in boiling salted water about 10 minutes, until tender but still crisp; drain.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Drain all but 1 T bacon fat from the skillet; add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Combine beans, bacon, onion, tomatoes, salt and pepper in a baking dish. Mix cheeses and sprinkle on top. Bake in a preheated 350 oven until cheese is golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
