Ingredients

  • 2 large potato(es), baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut lengthwise into 16 spears each
  • 3 Tbsp OLD BAY Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup(s) uncooked yellow cornmeal
  • 4 fillet(s) Fish, cod, raw, (4 ounces each

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray the potatoes with nonstick spray. Place in a large zip-close plastic bag with 1 tablespoon of the Old Bay Seasoning; seal the bag and shake to coat. Transfer to a large baking sheet.


In the plastic bag, combine the cornmeal and the remaining 2 tablespoons of Old Bay; shake to mix. Spray the fish fillets with nonstick spray and place in the bag; shake to coat. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet with the potatoes. Bake until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily and the potato spears (chips) are fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
