Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 c chopped green olives with pimento
  • sea salt, tony chachere's and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients using only 1/2 of the tomato sauce.

Shape in loaf pan or baking dish. Spread remaining tomato sauce on top. Bake 1 hour.
