Ingredients
- 4 boneless loin pork chops (about a pound, total)
- 2 t. lemon pepper
- 2 t. butter
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. minced parsley

Step 1
Sprinkle surfaces of chops with lemon pepper. Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium-high heat; cook chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
To the skillet, add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Cook, stirring up the browned bits with a wire whisk and mixing with pan juices, until heated through. Pour sauce over shops, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
