- 6 large russet potatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Scrub potatoes and allow to dry completely. Generously rub potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and wrap individually in foil. Place in large crock pot and cook on low for up to 8 hours.
Notes:
Since crock pot times can vary, you may want to check your potatoes after 6 or 7 hours to see if they are cooked through.
