Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups thawed frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup frozen orange-peach-mango juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3 frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 2 – 750 ml bottles chilled champagne

Preparation

Step 1

Combine peaches, nectar, sugar, concentrate, and raspberries in
food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Strain fruit puree
into bowl, stirring to extract as much liquid as possible. (Can be
made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill). Pour 1/3 cup fruit puree into each
of 8 champagne flutes. Fill flutes with champagne; stir gently.
