  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 6 cups white flour (5-6)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary, chopped up
  • 3/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups water, lukewarm; 95-100 degrees
  • 1 1/4 cups Asiago cheese, grated

Notes: Fabulous. Let it rise 3 times - before adding the cheese and after adding the cheese - both times in a bowl; then put it into pans and let it rise again. Cooked much faster for me - about 25 mins. Excellent warm and/or toasted
