Ingredients
- 4 pork cutlets (or thin pork chops)
- 3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsely
- 1 lemon juiced
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Put the cutlets in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle with the chopped garlic, parsley and juice of the lemon. let them marinate for 2 hours. Heat a griddle or a heavy frying pan and brush it very lightly with oil. Place the cutlets on the griddle and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
