Ingredients

  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup cheese - shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Drain all pineapple - Save the juice.

Combine egg & sugar in a sauce pan. Beat until foam.

Add flour & pineapple juice. Stir until smooth.

Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat.

Stir in cheese & pineapple.

Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
