Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lean beef
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 large eggs -- beaten
- 2 teaspoons olive or salad oil
- 2 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 pound Ricotta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Form into balls. Fry in skillet on medium heat
until cooked through.
May also be shaped into a meatloaf or placed in a loaf pan and cooked in
the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.
