Ingredients
- Creamy Brownie Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 pan.
In a large mixing bowl, blend butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, using spoon, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually blend into egg mixture. Stir in nuts, if desired.
Spread into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool. Frost if desired.
Frosting:
In a small mixing bowl, cream butter, cocoa, corn syrup and vanilla. Add powder sugar and milk. Beat to a spreading consistency.
