Ingredients
- 16 oz pecan halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place pecans in a jelly roll pan.
Melt butter over low heat and stir in all other ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Pour over pecans and mix well.
Bake pecans 20-25 minutes, stirring often, until dark brown and fragrant.
Cool completely before serving.
Will keep in refrigerator up to 1 week.
