Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 puréed cooked or canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cups dark corn syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in pumpkin, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until knife
Inserted between center and edges comes out clean. Chill. Serve topped with whipped cream.
