- 1 LB MUSHROOMS DICED
- 1 LB BROCCOLI DICED
- 2- 4 CUP DICED RED ONION ( IF YOU LIKE ONIONS ADD MORE )
- 3- 4 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE , A MIX IS BEST

Preparation
Step 1
1) TRIM OFF EXCESS FAT ON LOIN
2) STARTING AT ONE EDGE START SLICING ALONG THE LENGTH OF THE LOIN APPROX 1/2 INCH THICK, AND ROLL THE LOIN AS YOU CUT, TRY TO KEEP THE CUT AN EVEN THICKNESS TILL YOU COME TO THE CENTER OF THE MEAT. KEEP THE MEAT FLAT AS POSSIBLE
3) HEAT THE CREAM CHEESE AND SPREAD IT OUT ON THE PORK LOIN
4) SPREAD OUT THE MUSHROOMS OVER THE CREAM CHEESE
5) SPREAD OUT HE BROCCOLI
6) ADD IN THE ONIONS
7) ADD THE CHEESE
8) STARTING AT THE ONE END ROLL BACK UP AND TIE WITH BUTCHERS STRING AT EACH END AND IN THE MIDDLE.
9) BAKE AT 350 f TILL AN INTERNAL TEMP OF 150- 155 f... APPROX 1.5 - 2 HOURS
