- 1 cup kosher salt
- 2 lb brown sugar
- 8 ounce Honey ( more to taste )
- 8 ounce Maple Syrup ( more to taste )
- molasses ( to taste )

place all ingredients into a large plastic container, mix thoroughly , let stand 20 minutes then mix again, pour over over pork and place in fridge for 8 days, Make sure meat is totally covered or turn once a day
