Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 5 1/2 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup, (1/2 can)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dry white wine

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place one chicken breast on a piece of waxed paper. Place one slice of prosciutto on the chicken and cover with one slice of cheese. Roll up the stuffed chicken breast and secure with a wooden pick or cooking string. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.
2. Season each roll with salt and pepper.
3. Arrange the rolls in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soup, milk and white wine. Pour the sauce over the chicken breast rolls.
5. Cover; cook on Low 4 to 6 hours (or on High for 3 to 4 hours).
