Ingredients
- 5 to 6 pounds ham, cooked, outer skin and fat removed and scored in a diamond pattern 1/4 inches around top and sides
- 4 inches fresh ginger root, peeled with a spoon, finely grated
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place ham in stoneware. Combine ginger, bourbon and brown sugar and pour over ham.
2. Cook for 7-8 hours on Low or 3-4 hours on High, basting often, or until internal temperature is over 160*F.
