- 1 1/2 cups organic ketchup
- 1/4 cup organic dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. organic mustard powder
- 1 organic garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 lbs beef short ribs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl or measuring glass.
Layer ribs in a freezer safe container or bag. Pour in sauce and coat ribs thoroughly.
Seal, label, and freeze
Thaw 24 hours before cooking.
Place in slow cooker and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4.
