Ingredients
- 2-ounces 2-ounces coconut water
- 4 4 4 -ounces almond milk
- 1 1 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 1 1 tbsp raw coconut butter/meat (the only one I’ve found is the coconut “butter” by Artisana, which is sold at Wholefoods.)
- 1 1 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 4 4 pitted dates
- 1 1 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 1 1 cup crushed ice
