Seven Minute Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1 1/2 cups of sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
• 1/3 cup of water
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a double boiler, blend all ingredients and beat continuously for 7 minutes or until peaks are formed.

Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes or until thick enough to spread.
