Ingredients
- Ice Cream
- 2 small containers pareve whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 Tbs coffee dissolved in 1 Tbs water
- 2 Tbs creamy peanut butter
- Crunch
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 8 oz chocolate chips or good quality baking chocolate
- 1 Tbs water
- 8 cups crispy rice cereal or cornflakes
- Chocolate Sauce
- 1 can(13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 bag chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together the whipping cream,eggs,sugar and vanilla sugar. Add coffee and peanut butter. Pour into a container or 9x13 pan and freeze.
Crunch
Mix together the honey,peanut butter,chocolate and water. Add the cereal. Freeze in a tray. Chop into chunks when frozen.This recipe makes a lot.There will be extra.
Chocolate Sauce
Mix together coconut milk and chocolate chips. Serve warm with ice cream.
