Ingredients
- 2 lbs grassfed ground beef
- 1 lb brussels sprouts, sliced
- 1 poblano pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- coarse ground sea salt, to taste
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- coarse ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef.
Add brussels sprouts, poblano, garlic, sea salt, cayenne and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover, stir ever so often, until brussels sprouts are of desired consistency.
Serve with your favorite vegetable!
