Ingredients

  • 3 lbs skirt steak or flapmeat
  • 11/2 c. Sunny D or orange juice
  • 3/4 c lemon juice
  • 1 tbs of Carne of asada seasoning
  • slices orange, bell peppers, and onion
  • Ziplock bag

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the meat in slices. Sprinkle meat with seasoning. In a ziplock bag layer meat with layers of orange slices, bell pepper slices, and onion slices. Add Sunny D or orange juice and lemon juice. Close bag. Refrigerate for 6hrs or overnight.

Cook meat on grill..Enjoy!

Note: You can also use boneless skinless chicken too. Use Chicken seasoning and follow the rest of recipe above.
