  • 2 scallions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound white button mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
