Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 shallot - minced
- 4 cloves garlic - minced
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- kosher salt/pepper
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- Tyson fresh chicken wings
- Tyson fresh chicken legs

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Add butter, shallot and garlic. Cook until softened.
Add bourbon. Cook until mixture is reduced by half. Season with salt and pepper.
Add: ketchup, tomato paste, vinegar, hot sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and honey. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Grill chicken according to package directions.
When cooked, transfer chicken to a large bowl, add desired amount of sauce and toss to coat.
Store remaining sauce in refrigerator.
