Ingredients

  • 12 dried tomatoes
  • 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 7oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place dried tomatoes in small bowl. Cover with boiling water. Let stand for 20 min., drain. Process drained tomatoes with remaining ing. in processor until smooth.
