Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/8 cup Maraschino Cherry Juice
- 16 Maraschino Cherries
- 1/8 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 can Sliced Pineapples
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 7/8 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Grease 9 x 13 inch non-stick cake pan.
3.Mix eggs, oil, cake mix and all wet ingredients together with mixer until smooth.
4.Arrange pineapple slices on bottom of greased pan.
5.Put a maraschino cherry in the middle of each pineapple.
6.Cover fruit with brown sugar.
7. Carefully pour cake batter until it covers entire pan.
8.Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. About 25 to 30 minutes.
9.Loosen sides of pan with a butter knife.
10.Let cake rest for 15 minutes.
11.Loosen cake edges with a butter knife.
12.Turn cake pan over on cake board.
13. Tips..hit bottom of pan if sticking and put any fruit stuck to bottom of pan back.
