Ingredients
- Casserole-
- 1 32oz package of country style hashbrowns- thawed
- 2 c med shredded cheese
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- Topping-
- 1 stick butter- melted
- 2 c. corn flakes

Step 1
In a big bowl add hashbrowns and cheese. Mix together. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper on top. Add soup and sour cream and mix well. Pour into a 9x13 Buttered dish. If you make this the night before let set out for 2-3 hrs before baking. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 mins to 1 hr (covered). After 45 mins check to see if hot. While that is cooking mix together topping ingredients in a pot.
When casserole is done, spread topping on top and cook for another 5-10 mins.
