- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup cold water

Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the flour, salt, and sugar to a bowl and using a mixture, pulse to combine. Add the butter and pulse again very briefly. The butter should still be in small chunks, but evenly dispersed through the dry ingredients. Next, while pulsing, sprinkle in the water; the mixture will appear lumpy and be slightly sticky to the touch.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake until light golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Store up to two weeks at room temperature.
