Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pkg. frozen crab or imitation crab meat
  • 1 tbls. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Small can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 –2 tbls. mayo
  • Large pkg. (12 count) butterflake refrigerated biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Combine meat, onions, mayo, cheese, curry, salt and lemon juice. Separate each roll into 3 layers to make 36 rounds total. Spoon mixture (small amount) on each piece and top with a chestnut. Preheat oven to 400F and bake 12-15 mins. or until lightly browned.
