- 1 pound carrots
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove minced garlic

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
1. Bring carrots to boil till tender. You can do this ahead of time.
2. Melt butter in a skillet, add the minced garlic, stir in the honey. Add lemon juice and ginger. Add the carrots until well coated for about 5 minutes.
